But throught out history we learn taht tattoo is more than a quest of physical perfection or a weapon of seduction. it was also a sign of identification

to a tribe or a social group. In a mixed marocco because of migrations and nomadism, memebers of a tribe or a region would

wear to show their membership; those marks would also be found on jewelry and carpets.

 

But the diference is that nowadays one choses it's tribe: the tribe of the tattooed persons. And those tattooed persons wheter they chose

maoris designs or figuratives ones, have in common that they want to scream out loud their refusal of the social body.

They also ask for the respect of their individuality and the will to preserve it while living in the group.
